Q: Where can I download Fueren?

A: Fueren is now available on the Apple App Store. Search for "Fueren" or visit our website at fueren.lu for direct download links.

Q: What iOS version do I need?

A: Fueren requires iOS 26.1 or later. Make sure your device is updated to use all features, including on-device AI.

Q: Will there be an Android version?

A: No, we currently have no plans for an Android version. Fueren is designed exclusively for iOS to take full advantage of Apple Intelligence and the iOS ecosystem.

Q: Is the app free?

A: Yes! Fueren is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. Download it and use it at no cost.

Q: Which devices are supported?

A: Fueren works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 26.1 or later. Older devices may not support all features, especially AI-powered ones.

Q: I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?

A: First, make sure you're running iOS 26.1 or later. Then try restarting the app. If the issue persists, email us at moien@fueren.lu with:

  • Screenshots if applicable

Q: How do I sync my progress across devices?

A: Enable iCloud sync in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Fueren. Your progress will automatically sync across all your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

Q: The app isn't syncing. What's wrong?

A: Check that:

  • You're signed in to iCloud on all devices
  • iCloud Drive is enabled (Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud)
  • You have enough iCloud storage available
  • You're connected to the internet (syncing requires connection)

Q: Can I use Fueren offline?

A: Yes, core learning works offline after initial download. Internet can be used to check and receive content updates. AI-powered explanations run on your device.

Privacy & Data

Q: What data does Fueren collect?

A: Fueren stores your learning progress locally on your device (and optional iCloud). For content update requests, the app sends only limited technical service data: app version/build, locale, and request timestamp. Fueren does not run ads or tracking SDKs. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Q: Can I delete my data?

A: Yes! Your data is stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account. To delete:

  • Local data: Delete the app from your device
  • iCloud data: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Fueren → Delete Data

Q: Does Fueren use my data to train AI?

A: No. All AI features run on-device using Apple Intelligence. Your prompts, conversations, and learning data never leave your device.

Learning & Content

Q: Is Fueren official SNCA material?

A: No. Fueren is an independent learning companion. However, some questions in the Category B question bank are based on SNCA official test questions — some may be identical to those found in the official test, while others may convey the same meaning with different wording. The content is designed to complement your official driving lessons — not replace them.

Q: Will Fueren guarantee I pass my exam?

A: No app can guarantee exam success. Fueren is a study tool to help you practice and understand the driving rules. Your success depends on official training, practice, and the examiner's evaluation.

Q: Can I use Fueren instead of driving lessons?

A: No. Fueren is designed to complement your official driving lessons, not replace them. Always follow your instructor's guidance and official requirements.
